Walt Disney World
* Walt Disney World Resorts, Transportation, Theme Parks and Disney Springs Cancellations - are closed until further notice. At this time Disney is still taking reservations starting June 1st, 2020.
* Walt Disney World Resort Construction and refurbishments - All work has been halted so that the workers can be home with their families. We are all hoping things will be back up and running soon. Especially the preparations that are underway for the 50th Celebration next year. Reservations are available for 2021!!!!
* Walt Disney World Dining & Other Experiences - Will be refunded through the parks closure. On My Disney Experience they are taking reservations after June 1st.
* Guests Cancelled at Walt Disney World - special FREE Dining Offer is available to all guests cancelled between March 16 - May 31.
Disneyland
* Disneyland Resort & Restaurants Cancellations - are closed until further notice.
* Disneyland Park - As Disney World prepares to celebrate 50 years. Disneyland Park will be celebrating 65 years in July 2020. We will have to wait and see how Disneyland will be able to celebrate this monumental occasion when they re-open.
* Disneyland Tickets - Unused single day tickets & unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their respective validity period.
* Disneyland Dining & Activity Reservations - Guest may cancel their reservations at any time and receive a full refund if their reservations are scheduled for a date while the theme parks are closed.
* Guests Cancelled at Disneyland - May receive a $50 per night resort credit for stays between June 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. In addition to the resort credit, eligible Guests may also take advantage of a special Disneyland Resort offer to save up to 35% on stays most nights June 19, 2020 through October 3, 2020.
Disney Aulani Resort & Spa
* Disney's Aulani Resort & Spa Cancellations - is closed until further notice.
* 2021 Bookings now available - You can now plan ahead for your Hawaiian Vacation
Disney Cruise
* Disney Cruise Cancellations - Disney Cruise Line has suspended all new departures through June 18, 2020. Disney Magic Cruise suspended till July 2, 2020 and Disney Dream & Fantasy suspended through June 18th, 2020. Choice of a 125% future cruise credit to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of their original sail date, or a full refund. Disney Cruise Line would now like to offer your clients an additional future cruise credit equal to 25% of their original voyage fare to use toward the reservation they modified. Once your clients’ modified reservation is paid in full, any remaining future cruise credit will be applied to their shipboard account as a non-refundable onboard credit.Â

Adventures by Disney * Adventures by Disney Cancellations - suspended all new adventures till end of June 2020. Guests currently booked on Adventures through July 31, 2020, can change their reservation and receive a 100% credit to be used toward a future Adventure.
* Itineraries can be made for bookings to over 6 continents through 2021. If you're looking to still be adventurous these vacations are for you and your family. You will receive the Disney hospitality with 2 VIP tour guides to show you some amazing experiences. Lodging, excursions, airport transfers and food are all included for the length of your vacation.
Future reservations are still available for bookings. Per Disney's changes to it's policy's all deposits are refundable and the reservation change policy charges are being waived.
